Our goal is to provide the same traditional sushi experience as in Japan — fresh imported fish, selected by our chef, served the traditional way.
Chef Masaaki Toyokawa trained in Tokyo at the renowned 下高井戸旭鮨総本店 (Shimotakaido Asahi Sushi Souhonten) before bringing his craft to British Columbia. He has worked in the sushi industry for over fourty years.
